Privacy policy

1. Scope

Veld Verify is an informational validation interface and is not a real card service, issuer portal, retailer tool, or financial product.

2. Validation information

The system records operational metadata such as category, amount, input method, timestamps, field-presence indicators, and required review details as part of the validation workflow.

Full redemption codes, card numbers, PINs, expiry values, and CVVs are handled according to the configured backend rules, access controls, and administrative review process.

3. Image uploads

Image selection supports the validation workflow. The server validates the file type and size, records the required upload metadata, and applies the configured processing rules for review purposes.

4. Contact information

If you use the contact form, the site stores your name, email address, selected topic, and message in a private Supabase table. Do not include card credentials or other sensitive information.

5. Supabase deployment

Server-side functions write approved metadata to private database tables. Row-level security denies direct public reads and writes, while the authenticated admin endpoint returns the approved operational fields.

6. Browser storage

The browser may retain an authenticated admin session and ordinary site preferences. Sensitive manual form fields are cleared when the form resets or the page closes and are not written to persistent application records.

7. Sharing and affiliation

Veld Verify does not sell user data. The service is independent and is not affiliated with card issuers, retailers, marketplaces, or brands referenced in the interface.

8. Your choices

Do not submit information that you are not authorized to share. For access, deletion, or policy questions, use the contact page without including any financial credentials.

9. Changes

This policy may change when hosting, retention, analytics, or Supabase configuration changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are made.
